CCHS Cheer at the... - Calvary Chapel Christian School Downey

Welcome to CCCS Junior High! As a school, our mission is to educate students by integrating academic excellence with a Christian worldview, equipping them to impact their world for Christ. At CCCS, he played in the Worship Band, the Marching/Pep Band and in the Jazz Band. He is a member of the Calvary Chapel Downey worship team. He has been a worship leader for many years and has helped train young worship teams in the LA area and has taught private music lessons in piano, guitar, bass, drums and saxophone for over 10 years.

CCCS is so excited to announce that there will be a Junior/Senior Prom! This prom is for Juniors and Seniors and their guests only (sophomores can attend by invite from upperclassmen). Tickets will be on sale from April 26th to May 10th (you may also make payments on your tickets and complete payment must be submitted by May 10th). Besides Directing the GA, I have taught in the Junior High, High School and at Calvary Chapel Bible College Downey. I am still here because even though CCCS strives to provide students with an excellent education, Jesus remains at the heart of their educational experience at our school.

We are incredibly EXCITED to announce that Calvary Chapel Christian School of Downey is debuting a school-wide app for our K-12 parents and students. While we already communicate school information and events through our school email, website, and on our Facebook page, we wanted to add another helpful resource to keep you connected to the "happenings" on campus. CCCS is pleased to offer honors courses and AP courses for students who are wishing to advance in their studies. Additionally, our math and science programs are aligned so that advanced students can quickly move through math and science beginning in junior high in order to enroll in higher math and science courses in high school.
